Your satisfaction with Aloo Yoga Shop is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
  • Packaging: Original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging, including any branded boxes or dust bags where applicable.
  • Quality Issues: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund for these specific cases.
  • Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and face masks cannot be returned if the protective seal has been opened, unless they are faulty.

3. Return Shipping & Fees
We offer Free Returns on all eligible orders within the United States.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
  • Return Label: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

4. The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your returned package is received at our warehouse at 1155 Elm Avenue 10, Glendale, CA 91201, our team will inspect the item within 1-2 business days.
  • Approval: If the return meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Refund Timeline: After processing, the refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing speed.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to secure a new size or color is to initiate a return for your existing item and place a new order for the desired product once your return has been accepted.

6. Initiating a Return
To start the return process, please email our customer support team at info@alooyoogashop.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the prepaid label and detailed instructions.
